Ilyas Sabeshuly

Ilyas Sabeshuly(ORCID: [0000-0002-9691-7993]) is a researcher and engineer specializing in quantum-enhanced blockchain consensus mechanisms and AI-driven optimization for distributed systems. His interdisciplinary work bridges quantum computing, blockchain architecture, and reinforcement learning, with applications in IoT, EV-charging networks, and smart cities.





Since beginning his research career, Ilyas has developed a strong foundation in quantum algorithms (QAOA, Grover, QSS), graph and hypergraph theory, and multi-agent reinforcement learning. His work integrates these methods to improve validator selection, throughput, and energy efficiency in blockchain consensus protocols.


Currently, Ilyas is pursuing advanced academic research focused on Quantum-Enhanced Consensus Mechanisms for Blockchain Networks using AI, under the supervision of international experts, and is preparing several IEEE and ACM-indexed publications in this field.
