Dr. Zoltan Buzady

Zoltan is a Hungarian native who grew up in Germany. He earned his first degree in Law from the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom. Motivated by a strong interest in the practical aspects of people management and the real-world dilemmas it presents, he went on to complete a Global MBA at CASS Business School in London.
After the fall of the Iron Curtain, Zoltan returned to Hungary, where he pursued a Ph.D. focusing on the strategic challenges encountered by transition economies. In parallel with his academic career, he developed a passion for meeting people and designing innovative, forward-looking management concepts, as well as value-based leadership development solutions.
Since 2000, he has served as Director of MBA Programs at both of the top business schools in Central Europe. His most prominent courses include Flow & Leadership for Executive MBA students, Flow, Development and Serious Games at the Ph.D. level, and Global Leadership / Global Management Practice as part of the CEMS program.
