A startup for creativity and merch. KBTU students and external designers have joined the team.

We are members of the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU). We created our startup following a study visit to the UK in November 2022 by our lead founder, Professor Asel Akzhalova, head of project groups and coordinator of the SDG Center, as part of the British Council program in Kazakhstan. We were inspired by the ideas of creative centers established at UK universities: De Montfort University, Coventry University, Loughborough University, the University of Birmingham, and the University of Derby.

We are grateful for the wonderful opportunity provided to us by the British Council in Kazakhstan.

Our team consists of undergraduate and graduate students, both local and international, KBTU staff, and invited freelancers: computer graphics designers and artisans.

This is our first attempt at starting a creative business, and your core values ​​are open-mindedness, creativity, and continuous improvement.

A KBTU youth project group is launching a startup in the merchandise sector. The goal of this startup is to unleash creativity among students, reproduce it through merchandise, and distribute art. Merchandising has become an accessible niche that can give student artists a quick start to their creative businesses. With the internet, online stores, and the creative environment at KBTU, this is possible. Students will create modern, artistic packaging designs and authentic national motifs for products.

Craft-IT-SmART is a startup group established at KBTU in January 2023. Our goal is to unleash creativity among students and staff, as well as external artists, to reproduce their bright ideas through merchandise and distribute art.

We will provide an open online space for creative souls, providing them with the materials and training necessary to create masterpieces.

We're just starting out and welcome any designers or artists who want to translate their art into merch. We've created a well-stocked catalog, and our sales team will help you find our products, bringing you unique, stylish pieces.
