Strategy Design Lab

This project group, comprising experts in strategic design and innovation, executes the "Strategy Design Lab" program. The primary objective of the project is to utilize Design Thinking methodologies to develop effective business strategies focused on corporate growth and development in the modern market landscape. The project facilitates the development of analytical, creative, and entrepreneurial competencies among business representatives and top management.


The project consists of four sequential stages designed to achieve the identified targets:

Stage 1: Research and Empathy. This stage involves in-depth market analysis, business model evaluation, and competitor analysis to understand core consumer needs.

Stage 2: Focus and Opportunity Identification. The team focuses on defining key Problem Statements and identifying hidden market opportunities to create innovative advantages.

Stage 3: Ideation and Prototyping. This stage involves generating creative solutions and developing initial prototypes (including sketching and storytelling) to visualize future products or services.

Stage 4: Testing and Strategic Planning. In the final stage, solution testing and feedback collection are conducted, resulting in the creation of a final Roadmap and a Go-to-Market strategy.
