Project Management Workshop

The SDG Projects Department of the Kazakh-British Technical University organized the Project Management Workshop aimed at strengthening students’ practical skills in planning, organizing, and implementing projects in both academic and professional contexts.

The workshop provided participants with an opportunity to explore the key principles of project management, including goal setting, resource allocation, risk management, and team coordination. Special attention was given to real-case simulations, where students worked in groups to develop and present their own project strategies.

Throughout the session, participants gained hands-on experience using modern project management tools and methodologies, while also enhancing their leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
