About the Call for Grant
The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a prestigious 12-month hybrid leadership development program designed for emerging social entrepreneurs globally. Unlike traditional grants, this program focuses exclusively on accelerating the executive capacity of leaders who have already established a social enterprise. The fellowship pairs fellows with a professional executive coach and a C-suite business mentor, providing a personalized leadership development journey to help them scale their impact and organizational effectiveness.
Eligibility
- Geographic Inclusivity: Open to social entrepreneurs from any country, including Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
- Leadership Role: Must hold a full-time, C-suite position (CEO, Founder, Executive Director, etc.) with primary decision-making authority.
- Enterprise Maturity: The organization must have been operational for at least two years and employ at least two full-time paid staff members.
- Mission Alignment: The venture must be mission-driven (for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid) addressing key sectors: Financial Inclusion, Environment/Climate, Education, Economic Mobility, or Health.
- Growth Mindset: Applicants must demonstrate a strong desire for personal leadership coaching and must not be currently receiving formal executive mentoring from other programs.

Fellowship Mechanics & Financial Support
💰 Fellowship Value:
- Leadership Development Grant: $10,000 stipend per fellow. This grant is strictly earmarked for personal leadership development (e.g., attending executive programs, specialized training, or coaching costs) and cannot be used for enterprise operational expenses.
- Executive Ecosystem: Access to a dedicated executive coach, a C-suite business mentor, a 360-degree leadership assessment, and participation in a global peer network.
⏱️ Duration:
- 12-month hybrid program (virtual engagement with periodic potential for in-person summits).
📅 Application Cycle (2027 Fellowship):
- Status: OPEN (Applications for the 2027 cohort are currently being accepted).
- Deadline: June 30, 2026.
- Selection Timeline:
- Phase 1 (June): Initial application and screening.
- Phase 2 (July–August): Detailed questionnaire, video submission, and references.
- Phase 3 (September–October): Virtual interviews.
- Final Announcement: By November 30, 2026.
