Change Management Workshop

We are pleased to announce a workshop on Change Management in KBTU on March 4, 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00, which will be held by international certified change management expert Aizhan Zhantayeva (CCMP, CCL, CCA). Aizhan Zhantayeva is a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). The workshop is held within the framework of the UN SDGs at the Sustainable Development Goals Projects Department of the KBTU Academy of Corporate Education, under SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, SDG 4: Quality Education, and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth. Any production modernization, digital transformation, or implementation of new technologies requires competent change management to effectively integrate innovations.
