Kazakh-British Technical University Publishes Declaration on Green University Concept

KBTU has published a declaration on the concept of the "Green University". By publishing this declaration, the Kazakh-British Technical University declares its commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the UN in 2015, when conducting academic practices and managing the internal work of the university.
According to the declaration, KBTU will continue to strengthen innovative and educational activities to create and implement projects and R & D with the attraction of funding and sets the following tasks:
- involving KBTU teachers, staff and students in the implementation of the Green University concept
- attracting investments to improve the environmental infrastructure of KBTU
- implementing innovative educational programs in the field of ecology and renewable energy sources and supporting them
- attracting new partners in the implementation of the Green University concept
- entering the international level and disseminating the results of the Green University concept in Kazakhstan
